If the projector is showing no signal,

  • Check the connections to the back of the computer to make sure they are pushed all the way in.
  • Make sure the projector has the correct source selected.


If the projector doesn’t say no signal but the screen is blank,

  • Make sure the Output button in the top-right corner of ProPresenter is set to ON.
  • Verify that screen mirroring is disabled.
    • Open System Preferences.
    • Click Displays.
    • Click Arrangement.
    • Make sure Mirror Displays is unchecked.


If the problems still exist,
  • Reboot the computer and try again.
