If the projector is showing no signal,
- Check the connections to the back of the computer to make sure they are pushed all the way in.
- Make sure the projector has the correct source selected.
If the projector doesn’t say no signal but the screen is blank,
- Make sure the Output button in the top-right corner of ProPresenter is set to ON.
- Verify that screen mirroring is disabled.
- Open System Preferences.
- Click Displays.
- Click Arrangement.
- Make sure Mirror Displays is unchecked.
- Reboot the computer and try again.
